Tuomisto mansion is an amazingly beautiful retreat place in the countryside of Finland (about two hours to the north-west from Helsinki, close to Tampere). Besides a yoga practice there will be pranayama, technical classes, discussions and extra program (singing, chanting, meditation). We will have access for a traditional Finnish wooden sauna every evening. Bath tub and swim in the lake close by. There will be a delicious home made vegetarian food prepared by a Michelin star chef Jouni Toivanen. He is using a local vegetables and herbs for every meal.
Pauliina (organiser of the retreat) will assist Petri and take care of the students in and out of the shala.
