We met with Pol and Yasmina few years ago in Barcelona workshop and quickly felt the friendly connection. This lovely couple opened the shala in their hometown St. Caugat close to Barcelona and this year they have been assisting us (Petri and Wambui) in our Koh Mak Retreat, Thailand.
