We started our collaboration with my lovely friends Leo and Siau in Mallorca many years ago. Then they moved to Gran Canaria and opened a beautiful shala in Las Palmas. This will be my second visit in the shala. The first time was really amazing. There is a great Ashtanga Yoga community with many friendly and devoted students and we did some nice nature trips to the mountains and sandy beaches.
I will arrive to Las Palmas in the beginning of the week and will give an Energy healing / balancing treatments based to the old Finnish healing tradition.
