6.30 – 8.30 pm – Primary Series up to Navasana – Alignment and Adjustment.
September 15, Saturday
9 am – noon – Mysore class
12.30 – 15.30 – Primary series after Navasana, some asanas of Intermediate Series – Alignment and Adjustment.
6 pm – 7.30 pm History of writing books Ashtanda Yoga and NadiSodhana (books on Primary and Intermediate Series) in cooperation with Shri PattabhiJois and SharathJois (class is open for everybody, Free!) After class you can buy books Ashtanda Yoga and NadiSodhana and receive Petri’s signature.
September 16, Sunday
8 – 11 am – Mysore Class
Price
All Workshop:
- 140 Euro all Workshop if paid till May1, 2018
- 150 Euro all Workshop if paid May1 – August 10, 2018
- 160 Euro is paid after August 10, 2018
Single Practice
- Single Practice (LED or Mysore) – 30 Euro
- Single Theory class – 60 Euro
Single Class (either practice or theory) can be paid after August 10 only if there is vacant space.
In case of workshop rejection up to May 1 full price is given back, 10% is retained May 1 – August10, 50% is retained after August10.
