06.30-08.30: Mysore style for all levels 09-10.00: Breakfast
10-16.00: Recreation. Relax indoor in the hotel´s charming rooms with a highly unique atmosphere or take a hike in the breathtaking nature surrounding the hotel. Norwegian lunch (packed from the hotel´s breakfast buffet).
16-18.00: Yoga sessions
Wednesday: Arrival, settle in, no yoga or meals.
Thursday: Technical class: Vinyasa system in detail for Primary and Intermediate Series. Focus on breath and movement.
Friday: Asana alignments in Primary and Intermediate Series. Meditation in the Asana.
Saturday: Body and Mind Dharanas; The drishtis for body, mind and spiritual progress.
Sunday (between breakfast and lunch): Self healing/ energy healing techniques.
19.30: Traditional vegetarian dinner
The fee is including two guided tours in the area; A half day mountain hike on Friday and a full day crossing a glacier on Saturday.
