Stockholm is a beautiful Scandinavian town build on the fourteen islands. Here I started my international teachings in 1994 at Ashtanga Yoga Stockholm, nowadays called Yoga Devi. Since, I’ve been teaching in Stockholm more workshop than in any other place in the world and still loving it. Close to the Yoga Devi shala is located my favorite South Indian restaurants in Sweden, Saravana Bhavan and MahaBelly. Two more reason to come to Stockholm : )
Welcome to our four day “Accessible Ashtanga Yoga” workshop at Yoga Devi. I’m looking forward to meet the Sthlm Ashtanga community again and teach with Pernilla and Fia. It has always been a pleasure!
