I did my first international workshop at Ashtanga Yoga Stockholm with Juha Javanainen and Gittan Hendele, the owner of the shala that time. It was in 1994. Few years ago Ashtanga Yoga Stockholm became Yoga Devi and it is run by Pernilla Cristvall and AnneSophie Sjöblom (Fia). The new location for a cosy and warm shala is close to St. Eriksplan in Stockholm.
It has always been one of my favorite place to teach and soon it will be 30 years of nonstop, year by year teaching in Stockholm.
