Calendar of Events

Uppsala is the old educational capital of Sweden and one of the most beautiful towns with stone buildings, flower gardens, castle and river in the middle of the town. It is a a pleasure for the mind just to want through the town.

We’ve been teaching together with Anne-Lie the workshops for more than 20 years. The shala is always warm and there is a great Ashtanga community around. The trip from Stockholm or Arlanda airport is about 30 minutes. Easy access.
