Calendar of Events

The Boxing week workshops in Helsinki Yoga school has been our tradition for the past 20 years. We started with the Tofu steak digesting workshop on the Dec 26th and continued with the three or four days until the New Year.
This year we are back in the shala. There will be Mysore classes and Special afternoon workshop schedule with the Energy of the mantras and Asana adjustments and alignments.
